Terms and conditions PAYMENT: A 50% deposit per person is required to book an appointment and hair salon services. Please make sure that the credit card you use for the deposit and balance due is under the name of the person that booked the appointment, as we will be checking the picture ID and credit card on the day of the appointment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. The day and time of the appointment cannot be changed once it has been booked. If you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit. GRATUITY: A 20% gratuity of the total APPOINTMENT is encouraged. For ALL parties there will be a 20% gratuity add to the total and is non refundable. CANCELLATION: The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. The day and time of the appointment cannot be changed once it has been booked. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment gets canceled automatically, and your deposit will NOT be refunded or changed to another date. You will need to call, reschedule, and make a new deposit. PHOTOGRAPHER, FACE PAINTING & OR ANY ADDITIONAL ADD ONS: If you have selected face painting, photographer, or any add ons with your appointment, please be aware that those are third-party items, and the availability has to be confirmed. We will contact you soon after you book your appointment to let you know.
